Magazine:
Our school magazine is generally published once in a year under the guidance of experienced teachers. The students and even the teacher write poems, essays, and stories in it.
Notice:
Communica-
tion Book- It is a medium of Communication between the teachers and parents. It also contains the holiday list for the whole year, the examination routine, history of the school and much other important information that concern students and their parents.
Programme Schedule:
Report Card- The student’ progress is evaluated at the end of each term and records of their marks, daily attendance, behaviour, neatness and cleanliness, eloquence are maintained in this card.
Exercise Book-Their exercise books are exclusively designed with school logo on the cover and it is supplied by the school in exchange of a nominal price.
Academic
Diary- It is a diary to keep records of all their activities throughout the year. This is also a record of the teachers’ observation of their students’ progress and problems.
Teachers’
Manual- It is an important part of the teachers diary where instructions are given on the process of classroom teaching, syllabus, rules and regulation for the daily written work of the students so that the teaching process will be uniform in all the classes.
Birthday Card- On that special day all students get their best wishes from the headmistress and class teacher.
Identity Card- It is a recognition card. Guardians need to produce the card to collect their words.
